This summer has been really hot but very nice. I've really been enjoying working in the yard and watching the "fruits of my labors." I realize now why "back in the day" doing all that tending in the garden seemed so hard but very fulfilling. Gardening is really a great way to just clear your mind and yet see the beautiful creations. What I have enjoyed most though are the beautiful calla lilies throughout my yard. They grow everywhere and I just keep the weeds out. They make being outside that much more beautiful.
