I don't want to think about how long it has taken me but it's getting done. That's what counts, right?
I've been working on my stairs and they are coming along. I still need to put down the polyurethane. I'm trying to decide how I'm gonna do this considering this is our only way upstairs. Can't say that I'm really satisfied with the turn out but I still like it better than before.
The before...way before...with carpet.

The ALMOST finished stairs. Jarom is really losing his patience with me.
The carpet on "the rise" at the top step drives me insane!!!! There's nothing I can do about that until we replace the carpet....hint, hint Jarom!

I love it...looks great! And what kind of "patients" does Jarom have to lose...haha j/k. I think you meant patience. Sorry, just had to laugh!
thanks teresa, that's hilarious!
I think they look really good! When you guys get new carpet, maybe if you're feeling really generous you can put new carpet in my house too.
They look wonderful! It gives it a spark rather then what you had going on before. I really really like it! Any major change takes time to get used to ya know!
you are so amazing! i would never have the gumption or the energy or the commitment. i am so lazy. i can barely paint a wall in my house without passing out from exhaustion.
